In today’s construction climate, increasingly tight schedules and rapid building close-ins are highly critical to success. The type of system and method of installation – stick-built versus unitized systems – can have a large impact on the structure’s overall timeline. Unitized construction is not new, and it does not fit every project, but it is a growing consideration given the importance of quality, time, and ongoing labor challenges. This course will help attendees recognize the advantages and disadvantages of stick-built, unitized, and hybrid systems.
